

New Seafood Restaurant by Rudi Sodamin on Carnival Mardi Gras
The soon to debut, Carnival Cruise Line, Mardi Gras will include a brand new seafood restaurant by celebrity chef, Rudi Sodamin.

The restaurant will be named, Rudi’s Seagrill and will feature a variety of appetizers, main dishes and deserts, presented as “food faces.”
Dishes will include seared scallops, tuna, crab cake, lobster tails and roasted prawns — including a variety of non-seafood dish options as well to ensure that all have a great experience.

Sodamin is Holland America Cruise Line’s master chef and has authored several cook books which are part of the “Food Faces” creativity. Sodamin’s books along with other branded merchandise will be sold in the Mardi Gras shops.
Rudi’s Seagrill will include indoor seating for 80 guests as well as an “al fresco” area on The Lanai.
The Mardi Gras is currently under construction due to enter service in late August 2020 with initial sailings in Europe and then repositioning to Port Canaveral, FL for year round Caribbean cruising in October 2020.
