NCL “Encore” Gets Hull Art

In keeping with every Norwegian Cruse Line ship, the new “Encore”, a Breakaway Plus class received her new hull art.

Eduardo Arranz-Bravo, a Spanish artist, created the colorful design. In a change from its traditional artwork along the sides, the artwork goes across the bow in bright blue, red, yellow and green. The artwork is a modern and abstract stylization, according to Arranz-Bravo, and is an inspiration by his life in Barcelona.

The Encore will make its debut in Miami, Florida starting November, 2019 and will then reposition to Seattle for 7-day cruises to Alaska in 2021.

The Norwegian Encore has a length of 1094 feet with 169,145 gross tons; and includes 3,998 passengers at double occupancy.
